We want your GRACÉA order to reach you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how and when we ship.
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We are working on expanding to international destinations and will update this policy when that changes.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK fulfilment location. We dispatch orders the same day if placed before 6:00 PM Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has left us.
Royal Mail 24 Our standard shipping option. Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. This service is tracked and you will receive a tracking number with your dispatch confirmation. Royal Mail 24 is a fast and reliable service suitable for most orders.
DPD Next Day Delivery For customers who need their order urgently, we offer DPD Next Day Delivery. Orders placed before 6:00 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day. DPD will send you a notification with a one-hour delivery window so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. If you are not available at the time of delivery, DPD will leave instructions for rescheduling or redirecting your delivery.
Please note that DPD Next Day Delivery applies to working days only. Orders placed on Friday before 6:00 PM will be dispatched the same day and delivered on Monday, subject to bank holidays.
While we make every effort to meet the delivery timeframes above, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by high demand periods, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@gracea.co.uk and we will look into it for you.
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel directly with Royal Mail or DPD depending on the service selected.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and in any safe locations around your property first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at hello@gracea.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
